Fairford Town have secured the services of lively attacking player Connor Thompson, who joins on dual registration forms from Swindon Supermarine in late September 2018.
Thompson made several appearances for Fairford at the start of his career before going on to make his mark in the higher echelons of the non-league game – and overseas.
In total he has made 78 appearances for Supermarine, scoring 26 goals, and four appearances so far this season for Lee Spalding’s Evo-Stik Southern League side.
He began his career at Hartpury College before going out to the United States to further his academic and football career at Baltimore Bohemians. He returned to these shores with Gloucester City before linking up with Supermarine in January 2016.
